To participate in the auction and be
eligible to bid, all interested bidders
are required to register.
Bidder registration forms and the terms
and conditions relevant to a particular
auction can be found online for every
property at www.gezgroup.com when searching upcoming auction events.
All buyers interested in bidding should
familiarize themselves with the terms
and conditions specific to each property
and to inspect all applicable documents
prior to bidding.
Most auctions allow for either sealed
bids or telephone bidding for those bidders
unable to attend the auction.
In order to bid all buyers need to be
registered with Gez Group prior to commencement
of the auction.
At time of registration buyers will
need to provide their contact details,
a valid driver’s license and present a
cashier’s check payable to and in the
amount of that which is specified in the
terms and conditions of that auction.
Once registered bidders will be given
an Gez Group bidder card with an assigned
number. All bidders are required to be
in possession of a bidder’s card in order
to bid.
Should bidders require a mortgage in
order to make a purchase, these arrangements
need to be made before auction day. Auctions
are not contingent transactions and it
is very important to note that any necessary
financing or property inspection arrangements
need to be conducted prior to bidding.
After registering make your way to the
bidding area.
All necessary announcements will be
made by the Auctioneer and/or Real Estate
Broker prior to the commencement of the
auction. All announcements made from the
auction podium will take precedence over
all printed material and the website.
