Selling your clients real estate on the Gez Group Platform will earn you real estate commission, as a Cooperating Sellers Agent, in terms of the Addendum to the Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement. ( You will continue to receive that part of the real estate commission that is available to you, the Listing Agent as stated in your original Exclusive Right Of Sale Listing Agreement) Further incentives are available, through Gez Group`s Referral Network where Sellers can be referred directly to you and where you have an opportunity to earn commission by referring other Cooperating Users who successfully sell their properties on the Gez Group Cooperating Platform. Details of which are available to you in your personal administration area. Scroll over your Earnings Tab and select Cooperating Platform from the drop menu and click on Referral Opportunities There are also incentives available exclusively to Cooperating Brokerages through Gez Group`s Independent Brokerage Agreement the terms of which vary according to specific conditions and circumstances. Your clients buying real estate at our Auction Event will earn you commission commensurate to your service and according to real market conditions and expectations.
